It's official!

Back in October, TV Line reported that fast-talking mother-daughter duo Lorelai and Rory Gilmore were headed back to Stars Hollow, and now Netflix has finally confirmed that the series' revival is on its way.

"From Stars Hollow to Hartford to New Haven to Netflix. Welcome back, girls. An all new season of Gilmore Girls coming to Netflix in 2016," reads an announcement posted to Netflix's Instagram account Friday.

The accompanying photo shows a dresser adorned with photos of stars Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel. An open drawer reveals garments bearing the logos of Rory's two alma maters, Yale and Chilton.

Netflix also shared the happy news in a tweet that featured one of the show's most memorable lines.

Graham celebrated with a hilarious photo of herself clutching a jacket she "stole" from the original series' costume department in 2007.

According to TV Line's previous report, the Netflix revival will take the form of four 90-minute episodes.

At the ATX Festival in Austin, Texas, last June, the "Gilmore Girls" cast addressed rumors of a reunion movie.

"I'm all in. I mean, absolutely all in," said Scott Patterson, who played Lorelai's love interest Luke Danes.

Graham assured fans, "There's nothing standing in our way. There's, for sure, willingness."
