According to a clip that was screened during Fox’s recent Comic-Con panel, Homer’s always optimistic neighborino will soon find a darker and more dismemberment-prone mission when he channels another distinctive TV character — Dexter Morgan.

Those who can’t wait for the episode to air in the fall can catch an early glimpse of “The Simpsons”-“Dexter” mash-up on Entertainment Weekly.
