And ... she's out! As of 6 p.m. Los Angeles time on Tuesday, Lindsay Lohan was seen departing from Cliffside Malibu, the rehab center she had been staying at for the past month and a half, reports E! Online.
Smoking a cigarette, Lohan hopped into an SUV and was driven away.
Did she get anything out of it? Her public comments post-rehab will have to wait, but back in May she told Piers Morgan in an interview for The Daily Mail's Event magazine, "I don't think I need to be on lockdown for three months. I don't think that's rehab.... Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless."
The 27-year-old had been given a 90-day sentence for reckless driving and giving false information to a peace officer in relation to a car crash last summer. She had spent the first part of her treatment at Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. and then transferred to Cliffside halfway through.
A court hearing is scheduled for her case on Wednesday morning, though she doesn't have to be there unless there are questions about her probation. And she's already got a job: Guest-hosting E!'s "Chelsea Lately" on Aug 5.
In addition, Oprah Winfrey's OWN network has her booked for an eight-episode documentary series that will follow Lohan in her days post-rehab. The interview with Lohan will air in August, while the show is set to air in 2014.

Her latest film, "The Canyons," opens on Aug. 2, and has received largely negative reviews thus far.
