Leonardo DiCaprio, former star of "The Aviator," had quite the airborne scare over the weekend.
The actor was on a Delta flight bound for Moscow when one of the jetliner's engines shut down unexpectedly. The plane returned to New York's JFK airport and luckily no one was hurt. DiCaprio's rep told Us Weekly that his client "wishes to commend the actions of the pilot and flight crew in bringing the plane to a safe landing."
DiCaprio was headed to Russia to attend the Tiger Summit in St. Petersburg.
