Lea Michele posts tribute 3 years after Cory Monteith's death

It's been three years since Lea Michele's partner — both on and off screen — Cory Monteith died. Since that sad occasion, the actress has posted a number of birthday and anniversary tributes to him. Recently she even shared a photo of a new tattoo in Monteith's honor.

And on Wednesday, to mark the anniversary of the actor's passing, she once again offered a tribute to the star who died at just 31 years old.

The photo she shared shows Monteith from a distance as he looked out beyond the shore of a lava-rock-covered beach.
