Get ready to see Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl — again!
For the second year in a row, the singer is set to perform at the big game, but this time, she'll take the stage at halftime.
Gaga garnered rave reviews for a pitch-perfect performance of the national anthem in February, so expectations are sure to be high when she headlines the halftime show at Super Bowl 51 in 2017.
On Thursday, the Grammy and Golden Globe winner shared the news with her "little monsters" online, writing, "It's not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA!"
The show at Houston's NRG Stadium on Feb. 5 will cap off months of musical fun for Gaga's fans. In September, she released her latest single, "Perfect Illusion," and in October, she's set to debut her fifth studio album, "Joanne."

Last year's headliner, Coldplay, invited previous showstoppers Beyoncé and Bruno Mars to share in the show. Thus far, its unclear if Gaga plans to feature any guests.

The announcement comes weeks after rumors pegged Gaga as a shoo-in, and a month after another singer revealed that she turned down the opportunity.
"I'd like you to know I'm not doing the Super Bowl," Adele told concertgoers in August. "I mean, come on, that show is not about music."
