Will Jennifer accept Kimberly's apology?
In a city like Hollywood where anything you say can, and will, be used against you in a magazine or on the air, some people still don’t think before they speak.
Case in point, Kimberly Stewart’s regrettable comments about Jennifer Aniston.
“I actually sent her flowers today and an apology,” Kimberly said.
Why the posies? Rod’s daughter wants to make up with Jennifer.
“It was something that I said -- it was one of those things that you say and then you bite your tongue, and you’re just like, what did I just do?” Kimberly told Access Hollywood.
But the damage was done.
In the July issue of Blender magazine, Kimberly talked about Jennifer in not-so-flattering terms, saying:
"I like her, 'cause she’s, you know, homely. She obviously has to have something else. It’s not like she’s gorgeous or anything.”
Is that a backhanded compliment or what? Well, Jen wasn’t too happy.
When she read Kimberly’s insult, she told Vanity Fair: "It literally ruined my night. I got my feelings very hurt, actually.”
"Jen said that thing in Vanity Fair, and it made me feel awful, so I sent her flowers today and an apology," Kimberly responded.
