Looks like there’s more post-divorce woes for Kelsey Grammer and his ex, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Camille.
The latest? The actor is apparently upset that Camille allowed their son to have some face time with TMZ cameras last week and, according to TMZ, he now plans to take her to court to impose a gag order.
It seems when Camille was approached by a cameraman for the website and asked what activities she enjoys with her kids, she allowed 7-year-old Jude to answer. He said, "Play."
This evidently irritated Kelsey, who now wants the family judge to prevent the reality TV star from putting their children on camera. Meanwhile, TMZ's sources say Camille is just as irritated with Kelsey, who took their children in front of cameras at restaurant Boa days after the incident.
The couple's divorce was finalized in February of this year; Kelsey remarried later that month. The two have been enmeshed in a custody battle for Jude and 9-year-old Mason since. According to The Huffington Post, Camille lost the custody battle last week over which parent would be in charge of looking after the children, though she's still fairly involved with their daily activities (mom and son were on their way to a tennis lesson when TMZ caught up with them).
“The judge gave him custody provided the children didn’t miss any scheduled activities and although they technically haven’t, Camille didn’t think for one minute it would be her or a nanny accompanying them while Kelsey stayed home because he didn’t want to bump into her,” a source told the HuffPo.
