If you tuned into the Fourth Hour this morning, you may have noticed something a little weird going on. Well, weirder than usual: Kathie Lee and Hoda started the morning in puppy costumes.

"The reason that we are wearing our dog outfits is our way of saying 'thank you' for liking us on Facebook," said Hoda. (The outfits were also there to let the ladies beg for more likes.)

Yesterday, the ladies made history by reaching half a million likes on their Facebook page, thanks to KLG panting and begging, dog-style. Hoda refused to participate yesterday, but today she got in the spirit and donned the dog costume. She still refused to bark, though, citing "journalistic standards."

"Woof," she deadpanned.

As great as the costumes were, the real reward will come when the ladies cross the one million "likes" mark.

"If we hit one million, we've agreed to let some of our NBC family members sink us in a dunk tank," said Kathie Lee.

"It's our way of saying thank you for everything," added Hoda.

Let's admit it: hearing Hoda "woof" was adorable, but we all want to see that dunk tank. So keep the likes coming!
