Justin Bieber was "agitated and condescending" toward officers and claimed a foot injury affected his ability to perform a sobriety test when he was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla. earlier this year, according to new documents released by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office on Tuesday.

The pop star was arrested for driving under the influence and other charges after he was pulled over Jan. 23 in a rented Lamborghini. R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff, who was driving a Ferrari, was also arrested.

After being stopped and questioned by police, the documents state that Bieber "got upset" and said, "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time. What were you doing when you were 19?" The officer replied that he wasn't driving around in a Lamborghini, to which Bieber said, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either."

The arresting officers then commented to one another that it looked as if Bieber, who turned 20 on March 1, and Sharieff, were having difficulty driving the high-end cars.

"What? I've been driving Lamborghinis since I was 15," Bieber snapped, according to the police report.

Bieber later told officers, after swaying and appearing to wince in pain during a sobriety test, that he suffered a hairline fracture in his right foot three months earlier while skateboarding. Video showed the unsteady pop star in jail attempting to walk in a straight line.

Bieber tested positive for marijuana and Xanax, according to a toxicology report released by the State Attorney's Office. In the police report, he mentioned taking an anti-anxiety medication whenever he feels "closed in."

A trial date is set for May 5.
