The summer is winding down, but the TODAY summer concert series is getting hotter than ever!
Justin Bieber is taking over the plaza for the final installment of the season.
The hit maker made his morning-television debut on TODAY six years ago, but he's come a long way since then.
This time he kicked off the fun with "What Do You Mean?" — the single that currently occupies the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100.
In fact, at 21, that No. 1 makes him the youngest artist to debut a single straight to the top of the charts — and the folks from Guinness World Records recognized that Thursday.
He also hit the stage with a newly platinum 'do that was just as much of a hit with fans.
"You guys like the hair?" he asked. The answer came in the form of thrilled screams.
As for those fans, they lined up long before the sun came up to see the show. Some even camped out!
It was a wet morning on the plaza, but that didn't rain on the performance. Bieber even found a way to make the water work for him before singing "Where Are Ü Now" and "Boyfriend."
After the slip-n-slide action, Bieber returned to the stage and took a seat for an acoustic version of his hit "Baby."
What a show!
