With just a few months left to go in his term, it seems Vice President Joe Biden is knocking a few things off his bucket list.
Earlier this month we saw him guest star on "Law & Order: SVU." So what is he up to next? He's peeling some rubber on "Jay Leno's Garage"!
Biden, it turns out, has a need for speed. He's the proud original owner of a 1967 Corvette Stingray, a wedding present from his dad, who owned a Chevrolet dealership.
But Biden hasn't been allowed to drive it in about seven years.
As it turns out, vice presidents are not allowed to drive during their term of office, or six months after they leave. So when Jay Leno arranged for a special outing at a secret service training facility, Biden clearly was ready to lock and load.

And no surprise, they went on to perform doughnuts and a burnout in the Corvette, as Leno told TODAY back in June.
"It feels great, man," he told Leno as they talked about cars and their special experiences (including "romantic encounters" in them) in a teaser for the episode, which airs Nov. 9 on CNBC. "I like speed."
He got his chance to show off just what kind of speed he and his car can offer when a newer Corvette — a 2015 Stingray — suddenly came up on their tail, then raced around them. The two cars pulled side-by-side to reveal ... former Secretary of State Colin Powell?
