Life couldn't be better for Jessica Simpson right now. The entertainer-turned-designer not only heads a billion-dollar fashion empire, she's also happily married and a mother of two.

Simpson stopped by TODAY Friday to talk about her latest role as dean speaker for Teen Vogue's Fashion University, and about her all-round good fortune with love and life.

Here's just some of what she shared with us:

On why she's such a success in business "I've been all kinds of sizes and ... being a mom, I feel like people just can relate to me. I feel like it's very important for people to be able to relate to someone that is a fashion designer."

On life with husband Eric Johnson"Marriage is unbelievable. I couldn't be more in love, and he's given me two of the best ... blessings I could possibly imagine."

About those two blessings (Ace, 21 months, and Maxwell, almost 3)"They inspire me."

One of them even takes after her — a bit"[Maxi's] feistier, definitely. I am much more reserved and she's very opinionated, even though she's 2."

On posting racy photos with her husband for Valentine's Day"Those kind of happen sometimes. I am not shy to be in love with my husband."
