After enduring the most difficult year of his life, things are finally turning around for Tracy Morgan.
In fact, his friend and former "30 Rock" co-star, Jane Krakowski, told TODAY she believes this is his year to shine.
It's easy to see why. The funnyman has already made huge strides in his recovery following a collision that left him in critical condition last year, and now he's making huge strides in other areas of his life.
In October, he'll make his television return hosting "Saturday Night Live." And just this Sunday, he married his longtime fiancee Megan Wollover.
"It's funny because I actually just texted him yesterday morning to saying 'Congrats! I can't wait to see you on 'SNL.' I'm so happy that this is happening,'" Krakowski explained while guest hosting the 9 o'clock hour on TODAY Monday. "And he wrote me back, which I now realize, he wrote me back on the day of his wedding!"
Although Krakowski wasn't present for the nuptials, she couldn't be more thrilled about the big event — and everything else coming Morgan's way.
"I really feel like this is the year of Tracy — to come back," she said. "Watching him on the TODAY show talking to Matt [Lauer], it just broke my heart at home. And every step of the way, I just send them all of my love and my prayers. I'm so happy for them [now], that they're having this new joy and new start this year."
