James Bond has thrilled audiences with his feats of derring-do, spycraft and general suave behavior (some more politically correct than others) 23 times. And on Nov. 6, James Bondiacs will have yet another chance to be shaken and stirred when the latest entry in the super-successful series, "Spectre," takes off.

On Monday, TODAY took a special look behind the scenes at the upcoming 24th entry in the series.

As usual, the film looks lush and exciting, even though there's thus far just a teaser trailer and a few behind-the-scenes clips available. Check out what current Bond Daniel Craig has to say about the upcoming entry, and see if you can figure out just who Christoph Waltz's "businessman" is supposed to be.

According to the IMDb he's playing a character named Oberhauser, but that just translates loosely as the head of the house. Might he actually be classic Bond baddie Ernst Stavro Blofeld,? (Waltz has so far said no.)

Until we find out, here's at least one bit of trivia that helps explain the film's title: SPECTRE is one of Bond's oldest nemeses (the acronym stands for Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion) and is a global crime syndicate that first showed up in Ian Fleming's 1961 book "Thunderball" (though it was mentioned in the first Bond film ever, 1962's " Dr. No").

"Spectre'" will be in theaters on Nov. 6.
