The news that Nicollette Sheridan was decamping from Wisteria Lane was the biggest gossip to come out of the “Desperate Housewives” world until this: Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher are going to lock lips during an upcoming episode, according to Celebuzz.

When asked for comment, reps for the show wouldn’t confirm or deny the report to Celebuzz.

Another ABC source wouldn’t confirm, but noted “anything is kind of possible right now. You’ve got 'Grey’s Anatomy' and 'Private Practice' basically becoming one two-hour show (with Feb. 12's crossover episode), the longest ‘Dancing With the Stars’ tease ever. I don’t think a kiss between Eva and Teri’s characters could be ruled out, especially if it keeps people interested in the show.”

Kudrow talks ‘Friends’ reunion, TV showShould we brace ourselves for a "Friends" reunion movie?

Lisa Kudrow, who played spacey Phoebe on the hit NBC show, doesn't think so, although she says "I wouldn't be the only one not to do it. I wouldn't want to be that person."

Kudrow’s career has moved away from “Friends” (though people still call out "Phoebe!" on the street) but she still has ties to NBC, this time with a series she’s producing called “Who Do You Think You Are?,” in which celebrities trace their ancestry and travel through their countries of origin.

Kudrow's own episode took her to a village in Belarus where her grandmother grew up, but no relatives remain. "That part of it is a Holocaust story," she said. "That's why there's no one there."

Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. on the "Let's Be Cops," red carpet, Selena Gomez is immortalized in wax and more.

Kudrow’s son, Julian, 10, was "not really interested” in her newer, more serious work, but he did recently catch one of his first onscreen glimpses of his mom in the kid-friendly "Hotel for Dogs." "He has proof that I'm an actress," Kudrow said.

And while Kudrow and her son certainly aren’t singing “Smelly Cat” at Central Perk, she did mention that they share a mutual love for Nintendo's handheld DS Lite, which keeps her occupied with puzzle games on set. Kudrow bought her first Gameboy in 1994 and started playing Tetris nonstop.

"It's a certain form of meditation," she said. "It sounds silly, but it just lets me relax when I'm in traffic or waiting through the carpool line."

Weekend box office I really do feel a touch bad for Jerry Bruckheimer this weekend. Not only is he releasing a film titled “Confessions of a Shopaholic” during a terrific financial crisis, but it’s going up against a horror film being released on Friday the 13th.

There’s no way that “Friday the 13th (2009)” and its 3,000-plus theater opening isn’t going to top the box office.

Also out this weekend in wide release: “The International,” starring Clive Owen and Naomi Watts. Love them both, but I don’t think they have much chance of huge box office success this weekend.

Valentine’s Day reading list If you wake up disappointed Feb. 15, you might want to check out the new book, “Why Hasn't He Proposed?”

Authors and relationship experts Matt Titus and Tamsen Fadal threw a book party for their new tome Feb. 11, and dished on why Jennifer Aniston might find herself still ringless this Valentine’s day.

“It's no secret every guy out there knows that Jen is trying to reconstruct the relationship she had with Brad,” Titus said. “She is searching for something that isn't out there. She also is not yet over Brad. No guy wants to compete with a ghost."
