Drum roll, please!
After thousands of votes, we have a winner: Jason and Candace Mortenson have been crowned champions of the Orange Room Awards' most memorable viral moment category.
Their video, which has racked up more than 13 million views since it was posted in August, shows Jason waking from hernia surgery in a haze, not recognizing the woman next to him. As he discovers it's his wife, he exclaims that he "hit the jackpot."
