There's never a dull moment when Julie Scardina and her animal friends are in the house, especially when one of the animals decides to stray from the script.

Julie brought some birds by for Tuesday's "Call of the Wild," and one Harris's Hawk decided he'd rather sit up in the lights than on KLG. The ladies were outfitted with falconry gloves so that the birds could majestically descend on to them, but this guy was having none of it and flew up to hide above the set. Of course, bedlam ensued.

Julie explained that these animals are usually much more friendly, insisting, "These are social birds of prey."

"What, they go clubbing?" said KLG.

"Are we at the end? What is going on?" demanded Hoda, who loves these types of animal segments so much.
