Former President George H. W. Bush might be celebrating his 92nd birthday today, but he still rolls with a hip, young crowd!
The senior Bush was all smiles in an Instagram that his granddaughter, TODAY's Jenna Bush Hager, posted of him holding his 10-month-old great-granddaughter, Poppy Louise.

"Happy birthday our Gamps!" reads the caption on the photo, which appears to be from a family party. Poppy Louise was named for her great-grandfather, whose nickname growing up was "Poppy."
And if there was any doubt as to Bush's sky-high approval rating with the women of his family, Jenna posted a second photo of herself and sister Barbara giving "Gamps" some birthday love.
Jenna's Instagram is a veritable treasure trove of Bush family moments. Since Poppy's arrival last August, she has given the Bush family another reason to enjoy every moment together.

"I'm so lucky to have such sweet parents that love their girls," Jenna told TODAY last year. And that goes for their grandparents too!
It's anyone's guess what George H.W. Bush wished for when he blew out his birthday candles, but one thing's for sure: We at TODAY wish him a happy birthday, and many more days filled with love, laughter, and selfies.
