After months of blood, violence and, well, a whole lot more bloody violence, the epic fourth season of "Game of Thrones" is ending on Sunday night. And it should come as no surprise to fans who've watched the drama swell all season that the finale will be a big event.
"Thrones" star Kit Harington, the man behind the always-brooding Jon Snow, stopped by TODAY Friday (along with his "How to Train Your Dragon 2" co-stars Kristen Wiig and America Ferrera) and teased what's to come — but he wouldn't say too much.
"I would never want to do that," Harington said when TODAY's Savannah Guthrie tried to tempt him to spill some finale secrets. "I would never want to spoil it for you."
But he assured her "it's going to be a big one," calling the upcoming episode one of his favorites.
Harington also promised it would pack "some big shocks," which is really saying something of a season that been made up of one shock after another.
See what it's all about when the "Game of Thrones" season finale airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on HBO. And catch more of Harington as Eret in "How to Train Your Dragon 2," which opened in theaters nationwide Friday.
