There was no two-hour retrospective special on TV to celebrate the 25th anniversary of "Full House" -- but that didn't stop the cast of the beloved series, which ran from 1987-1995 and made stars of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, from celebrating it themselves on Saturday.
Well, most of the cast anyway -- Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale) all gathered in Los Angeles, sharing tweets, videos and photos from the event for fans, according to People.com.
Alas, neither Olsen twin was on hand.
But that didn't stop the carousing; Barber tweeted a photo of the cake (complete with a mock-up of the San Francisco Victorian home the family resided in), there were lots of karaoke performances of "New Kids on the Block" songs (including one performance uploaded by Stamos -- warning, there's some vulgarity) and plenty of emoting, as Bure proved with an Instagram. @NKOTB even tweeted back later with congrats for "Hangin' Tough for 25 years," a reference to one of the boy band's hits.
"Full House rocks!" tweeted Barber. "Also, I may have had a couple drinks."
