Get ready for plenty of squirming, screaming and bovine blood! After a five-year break, "Fear Factor" returns to primetime Monday night with even more daredevil feats and gross out acts to lure viewers back to the show.

Yes, if you miss the days of watching host Joe Rogan encourage contestants to choke down some disgusting bug or less-than-appetizing animal body part for a shot at prize money, rest assured those extreme tasks are back on the menu -- even if Rogan himself admits that they probably shouldn't be.

"I say, in the real world, in a healthy society, you’re not supposed to eat animal (penis)," he recently told the New York Daily News. "But guess what, here you have to eat animal (penis) if you want to win $50,000."

Fair enough, but viewers should bear in mind, not all players can keep those delicacies down. Just watching them try to is enough to make Rogan sick.

"There’s moments where I almost throw up several times," he confessed.

And who could blame him? With stunts like the upcoming blood bath challenge -- which amps up the show's classic 50-gallon blood dunk by having new contestants take a full-body dip in a 3,000-gallon tank of cow blood -- not feeling a little queasy would be an odd reaction.

Catch the season premiere of "Fear Factor" Monday at 8p.m. ET on NBC.
