Fans of the "Harry Potter" film franchise are in luck!
The first trailer for the big-screen adaptation of J.K. Rowling's related tale, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," is out and — no surprise — it's magical.
Of course, Harry Potter and his pals don't play a part in this story, which takes place before their time and follows a different lead character — Newt Scamander, a magizoologist who carries around a case full of creatures and mayhem.

Eddie Redmaye stars as Scamander, and the trailer offers the very first look at him wielding his wand on the streets of New York in the 1920s.
And while that sneak peek is definitely enough to excite any fan, it's also going to have to be enough to satisfy them, too.

More trailers are sure to be on the way, but the full film won't hit theaters until Nov. 18, 2016.
