The former "ER" star, 40, was arrested in Washington, D.C., Monday for taking part in a protest on Capitol Hill. (One hundred of Wyle's fellow protestors were also cuffed.)

According to the Associated Press, Wyle joined the organization ADAPT as they protested potential cuts to Medicaid in the rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building. (ADAPT describes itself as a "grass-roots community" dedicated to fighting for rights for disabled Americans.)

Wyle isn't the only "ER" alum to get in trouble for his activism; his former costar George Clooney was arrested outside the Sudanese Embassy in DC last month for taking part in a protest against President Omar Al-Bashir.
