We'd thought that TODAY's Matt Lauer and Ellen DeGeneres had called a truce in their seemingly unending prank war (the last sally was all the way back in January!) but now the gloves — and the pants! — are apparently off again.
DeGeneres showed a clip of some of the fabulous outfits from the recent Met Gala on her show, and included Matt in the lineup.

Actually, she included a little more Mattthan we normally get to see. In her (doctored) video clip, he's standing on the red carpet ... sans pants!
And he's really into it, turning around and giving the camera a little wiggle of his pixelated behind.
If you remember her various "Fifty Shades of Grey" parodies featuring our beloved anchor, you know that DeGeneres just loves getting Matt out of his clothes. But this is one defrocking that we're pretty sure will not stand.
Your turn, Matt. Let's get to the "bottom" of this.
