Nadya "Octomom" Suleman has 14 children. The Duggars have 19. But for Jon Gosselin, eight is enough. The former star of "Jon and Kate Plus 8" went on "The Wendy Williams Show" Tuesday and told the host that both he and his girlfriend had medically made sure they would have no more offspring.
"We can't have more kids," Gosselin said. "I'm fixed and (girlfriend Liz Jannetta) is fixed." Jannetta has three children, making a total of 11 for the couple.
Gosselin also addressed his relationship with ex-wife Kate, saying, "We just text, we don't talk." And he listened with very little comment as Williams told the audience that her "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Tony Dovolani, "had nothing but bad things to say" about Kate Gosselin, who also partnered with Dovolani on the show.
Gosselin did say appearing on "Jon and Kate Plus 8" made him a millionaire by the show's fourth season, but added, "but that's all gone now." He cited a TLC breach of contract lawsuit as taking a half-million dollars from him when he left the show early, and said that the couple put 80 percent of their show earnings into trusts for their children's education. All eight Gosselin kids attend private school in Pennsylvania.
The paparazzi still come after him, Gosselin said, even though he has retreated to the Pennsylvania woods, where he now owns two homes in remote locations. Recently a photographer followed him home from his restaurant job and ignored no trespassing signs to drive onto private property, and Gosselin says he fired a warning shot into the ground. The woman later tried to press charges against him, but Gosselin said, "The officer kindly said, 'If you press charges ma'am, we will arrest you for trespassing."
