Does Dina think reality TV is beneath LiLo?

“I told Lindsay I don’t want her on (my reality show) right now. … Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career goes,” Dina said.

Even though Lindsay Lohan has already made it clear that she has no interest on appearing on “Living Lohan,” the new E! reality series starring her mother Dina (a recent “Top Mom” award recipient) and sister Ali, Dina is now explaining precisely why the elder Lohan daughter won’t be on the show.

“I told Lindsay I don’t want her on the show right now. … Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career goes,” Dina said in the May 26 issue of TV Guide. (Never mind that back in March, Lindsay was overheard telling friends that she wouldn’t be on the show.)

It’s an interesting statement, considering Dina told Radar’s Fresh Intelligence that reality is the new direction of entertainment. “Three years ago I would have said, ‘No way am I doing a reality show … but it's just where entertainment is headed. I mean, even J.Lo has one these days.”

Good enough for J.Lo, but not for Lindsay?

One thing a source close to Jessica will confirm is that his attendance was a “test” that Romo needed to pass if there was any hope of keeping their relationship alive. “They’ve broken up a hundred times,” said the source. “They’d had another of their ‘breakups’ before the wedding, but it was clear to him that he had to go as Jess’s date if there was any hope that the relationship would work out.”
Samantha becoming the ‘SATC’ favoriteItalian undergarment label Cosabella created a line of “Sex and the City” items, each “inspired” by a different “SATC” character. They were all up for grabs at last week’s Lucky Club Upfronts event. Given the choice, the celebs who scooped up the items overwhelmingly chose the “Samantha” inspired leopard-print sets. “People would start out liking the more conservative ‘Charlotte’ (a flower print), but in the end they would chose Samantha,” said a Cosabella spokesperson.

Outerwear preferences appear to be a little different, however. A spokesperson from the NYC HBO store, where each character has their own T-shirt, says that the T-shirt emblazoned with “I am Carrie,” is winning out over the others.

OK!'s Man Candy countdown begins
Each week, OK! devotes the last page of its magazine to a piece of “Man Candy”, a handsome actor, singer, television personality or athlete, worthy of attention. This week’s issue features the mag's first top-50 Man Candy countdown. Some hints about who made the cut? NBC’s own Matt Lauer made the list, as did “Sex and the City: The Movie” breakout star Gilles Marini. An omission that might be surprising to some? Brad Pitt. The magazine hits stands tomorrow.
