Fans of Joel McHale's quirky comedy from "The Soup" and the recently canceled (but not necessarily dead) "Community" should be prepared for a major 180 in "Deliver Us From Evil," a new movie in which he's more about wielding knives than pointed humor.


McHale stopped by TODAY Monday ostensibly to talk about turning being true to his "psychotic" self in the movie ... but he also had a bone to pick after a more elaborate version of his interview tease got cut due to other show segments.
