"It was an amazing experience," the former "Lois & Clark" star revealed. "(It's) probably the most dangerous show ever produced in the history of television. (But) without a doubt for me, one of the most rewarding experiences in my life."

Cain's competition on "Stripes" include "Biggest Loser" trainer Dolvett Quince, former "first dude" of Alaska Todd Palin, Olympic gold medalist Picabo Street, actor and singer Nick Lachey, boxer Laila Ali, reality star Terry Crews and WWE champ Eve Torres.

"Stars Earn Stripes" premieres Aug. 13 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
