The coroner's results have been released for Cory Monteith after his body was found in a Vancouver hotel on July 13.

The report found that the Glee actor died from "a mixed drug toxicity of heroin and alcohol."

The coroner's results also stated that "at this point there is no evidence to suggest Mr. Monteith’s death was anything other than a most-tragic accident. Mr. Monteith’s family has been made aware of the circumstances surrounding the death. On behalf of family members, the [British Columbia] Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time."

This sad news comes just three months after it appeared Monteith was getting his life back together following a 30-day stint in rehab.

His girlfriend, Lea Michele, has remained out of sight since the news of his death broke, with her publicist asking for privacy during this "devastating time."
