Connie Britton is beloved for her roles on "Friday Night Lights" and "Nashville," but the actress has a special talent even her biggest fans might not have been aware of.
"Connie is incredible with a hula hoop," James Corden revealed when Britton, 48, visited "The Late Late Show" Tuesday night.
"I've never hula-hooped on TV before, so I'm a little nervous," Britton admitted before demonstrating some seriously impressive skills.
She also tried to help Corden get the hang of it, advising the host, "Put it around your waist and then just start swinging it, baby!"
