• The next season of “Desperate Housewives” might just mark the end of the road for Wisteria Lane. According to a source who spoke with TV Guide, the final fate of the show may not be known until the season is underway. “It’s all dependent on the ratings,” the insider said. “It will be up against some stiff competition.” For the first time that competition will include “The Good Wife,” which will move to Sundays at 9 p.m. ET this fall.
• Emily Maynard and “Bachelor” Brad Womack may not be an item any longer after he dumped her over the phone, but Maynard admits she’s still in love with him all the same. On Monday night’s “Bachelorette,” Maynard confessed her true feelings. “I’ll always be in love with Brad,” she told host Chris Harrison. “No one will ever hear me say a bad word about him, nor will I tolerate anybody else saying anything bad about him.” OK then ...
