After Chris Evans sneaked onto the set of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to scare Scarlett Johansson, she might have to star in a sequel called "The Revengers."

There are few things DeGeneres loves more than scaring her high-profile guests and staff, and the Thursday episode of her talk show was no exception. When the Academy Award nominee yelped in response to her "Avengers" co-star's perfectly timed flourish, DeGeneres cackled at the exchange.

But for once, the host claimed innocence. Well, sort of.

"It was his idea," DeGeneres claimed.

After everyone settled down, Evans stuck around and joined his five-time movie co-star in testing their knowledge of each other while playing DeGeneres' true-or-false game, "Avenger? I Hardly Know Her!"

The game's first round was rather tame, but for round two, DeGeneres tested Johansson's concentration even more than her knowledge. After DeGeneres asked what kind of apple Evans was holding in a photo in which he was shirtless (or perhaps even less clothed), Johansson paused and replied, "Wait, what am I looking at?"

The shirtless Evans photos continued in rounds three and four, when DeGeneres asked Johansson if he was, indeed, "helping a child reach for a lost balloon" and "muy caliente." (According to DeGeneres' judges, Johansson was correct in her responses of "false" and "true," respectively.)

Maybe "The Revengers" isn't necessary, after all.
