'Celebrity Apprentice' sees leading ladies face off for spotin final four
Gary Busey may be out of the game now, but things aren't any less intense on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice."
With the final four in sight, the boardroom business heated up on Sunday night, as dueling project managers Marilu Henner (Team Power) and Lisa Rinna (Plan B) took on the task of hosting client-pleasing parties. But of course, it was anything but fun and games.
The problem, according to boss Donald Trump, is that it should have been -- particularly for Team Power. With a King-themed bashed, he and his boardroom advisor, John Rich, just couldn't understand why Henner didn't make better use of teammate Lil Jon, aka "The King of Crunk."
Henner's excuse? "I didn't know (he was called that)."
So she went with a chess champ and a masseuse instead. Zzzzz.
By comparison, Rinna's party, which boasted Penn Jillette's magical partner Teller and former contestant Lisa Lampanelli, was a "yooge" success.
That left Trump little choice. "Marilu, you're fired!"
Now the game is down to just Rinna, Jillette, Lil Jon and Trace Atkins -- but not for long. Next week the final four will say "so long" to two.
