Where have the last 29 years gone? It seems like just yesterday we were enjoying the first days of the antics of Danny, Uncle Jesse, Joey and their "Full House" of kids.

But as star Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner) reminded us on Thursday, the official anniversary of the first episode of the series, time flies while you're having fun.

She posted a picture on Instagram (giving credit to her on and off-screen best friend Andrea Barber, aka Kimmy Gibbler) of the original cast of the enduring series, along with the happy smiling faces from the current "Fuller House" cast, and they're all just as winsome today as they were way back in 1987.

The show aired 1982 episodes, and was canceled in 1995. But it was more recently brought back by Netflix, and as Bure confirmed on "The View" Wednesday, there's a second season coming that will start airing Dec. 9.

"I'm super excited our season this year is very holiday themed," she said on the show. "We have a Halloween show, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and lots of family."
