'Buckwild' star Shain Gandee's family asks mourners to wear camouflage to funeral
Shain Gandee's loved ones are still trying to cope with the “Buckwild” star's tragic death on Monday.
In honor of the late 21-year-old West Virginian, family and friends are being asked to wear camouflage to his memorial on Sunday.
The funeral service for Shain, which sources tell E! News is being paid for by MTV, will be held on Sunday. His obituary, per the Charleston Daily Mail, noted that "Everyone is encouraged to wear camo." The service will be followed with a private family burial.
In the touching piece, Shain's family recalls the reality star who "loved to four wheel and loved anything that involved mud, wheels and motors."
"He was an avid hunter and loved to make people laugh 'Cause it's Trick or Treat all year round,'" the obituary continued.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be paid to AngelsAmongUs.org, an organization raising money for brain cancer research.
