As expected, Madonna brought out the big guns for her concert at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium on Thursday night, as Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake joined the Material Girl on stage, although at different times.

Wearing a subtle white blouse and black baggy pants, Spears joined Madonna on stage to sing the last verse of the track “Human Nature,” much to the delight of the packed house, which included some serious star power, including Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Klum, Drew Barrymore, Fergie and Donald Sutherland.

At the end of the song, Madonna proclaimed, “I’m not your bitch!” She then pointed to Britney, adding, “She’s not your bitch,” drawing raucous applause from the crowd.

“The crowd went insane,” a concert-goer told Access Hollywood.

The superstar collaboration also included a kiss — although much tamer than the pair’s infamous MTV Video Music Awards liplock in 2003.

As Spears finished up her performance, Madonna gave her a hug and kissed her on the hand.

Near the end of the show, Timberlake got the crowd buzzing as he took his turn on stage with Madonna, appearing for a duet on the hit “4 Minutes,” the same song the pair teamed up for on Madonna’s “Hard Candy” album.

During the concert, Madonna also took the opportunity to offer a bit of political insight, in light of the controversy surrounding California’s Proposition 8, the state's ban on gay marriage which was passed this week.

“If we can elect an African-American as president, we can support gay marriage! Defeat Prop 8! We will not give up!” she told the audience.
