Blake Shelton can now add rescuer to his long list of talents.

Roho Hartman was driving near Ardmore, Oklahoma, when he reached a road flooded from the weather of Tropical storm Bill.

“There was a car on the other side. He went through it,” Hartman told NBC affiliate KFOR. “I believe I’d make it, too.”

Unfortunately, it left him waist deep in water pushing his stalled truck up a hill with a passerby, when Blake Shelton pulled up in his car, whipped out his tow rope and came to the rescue — on his birthday, no less.

While Shelton was driving him home, Hartman received a call from his wife letting her know he was OK and none other than Oklahoma’s finest was giving him a ride home.

“I told her ‘You better slick up, we’ll be there in just a minute,’” Hartman said.

Once they got to the Hartman’s home, they took some pictures and then said their goodbyes.

“He’s a good fella,” Hartman said. "I like him."
