Sure, Nick Viall experienced a lot during his time on "The Bachelorette," but has he ever fallen in love with an aspiring dolphin trainer on TV?

It could happen when he stars in the new season of “The Bachelor,” premiering Jan. 2. The names and occupations of the 30 contestants who will vie for his affections were just announced, and, as usual, it’s an interesting mix.

Viall has his choice of several nurses (ranging from a surgical unit nurse to an unemployed nurse), a dental hygienist, a doula and a plastic surgery office manager.

If he prefers a foodie, he can pursue Michelle, a food truck owner in L.A.

Maybe he will pop the question to the wedding videographer (wouldn’t that be fitting!), or the business owner, or the small business owner, or the digital marketing manager, or the pro basketball dancer, or the Pilates instructor.

And then there's Alexis, the aspiring dolphin trainer from New Jersey. Apparently, she aspires to be a dolphin, too, because she wears a dolphin costume in front of Viall.

Or, Viall can forget these women, go the boring route (job-wise, anyway) and strike up a relationship with Angela, a model.

Let’s just hope he (finally) finds love with someone, because his “Bachelor” franchise resume is filled with heartbreak. He was the runner-up in the "Bachelorette" seasons that starred Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe, and while he did get pretty serious with Jen Saviano on “Bachelor in Paradise” over the summer, he decided to break things off with her in the season finale.

Good luck this time around, Nick!
