We know what Adele wants, what she really really wants. That's because she's told us more than once: She is a Spice Girls fan, through and through!

During a recent concert, the singer got the whole crowd to cheer when she called out "Spice Girls! Spice Girls!" and then gently waved them aside, noting, "Stop it, I'm not a Spice Girl."

And then she broke into "Spice Up Your Life," a hit for the band in 1997!

Even better, she got a big virtual thumbs up from Spice Girl Geri Halliwell Horner, and some of the other Girls retweeted the video.

Of course, Adele's fandom is no secret. As she told James Corden during their Carpool Karaoke segment in January, the band was a huge inspiration for her.

"They were a huge moment in my life when they came out," she said then. "Girl power — five ordinary girls who did so well and got out. And I wanted to get out."
