Adele has made no secret of the fact that she hates working out, and she's shared another hilarious photo to remind us.
On Thursday, the "Hello" singer took to Instagram to post a pic of herself in a Toronto gym and her facial expression says it all!
The black-and-white photo finds the 28-year-old pop superstar grimacing like a cartoon character as she pumps a little iron. Nearby, a trainer encourages her to keep going.
Back in January, the witty Brit gave fans their first glimpse of the star in workout mode when she shared another seriously funny photo.
In the now famous pic, the Grammy winner is seen crying out in agony as she pulls cords on an exercise machine.

The comical chanteuse keeps it real at all times, whether it's hating the gym, burping onstage or sharing makeup-free selfies.
Though her trademark onstage look features retro winged black eyeliner and heavy lashes, the singer, who's still touring in support of last year's critically acclaimed "25" album, sometimes shares no-fuss photos of herself looking beautifully fresh-faced.
