Viola Davis and husband Julius Tennon spent a magical Valentine's Day eve renewing their vows in front of friends and family.
The 50-year-old actress from "How to Get Away with Murder" posted a beautiful photo on Instagram of the couple gussied up in wedding attire, along with a caption that would make anyone swoon: "'We are most alive when we're in love.' -John Updike."
Earlier that day, she had posted a photo of an invitation, along with the hashtag #renewingvows.
She and her 62-year-old husband were married more than 12 years ago in 2003.
In 2011, the couple adopted daughter Genesis as a newborn. Now 4 years old, their daughter was apparently a big part of their celebratory day. Davis posted a photo of Genesis wearing a pink tutu, captioning it: "Mommy and Daddy are getting married again today!!!!!!!YAY!!!!"
Her "How to Get Away With Murder" co-stars Karla Souza and Jack Falahee also shared photos on their way to the event, showing off the over-sized white roses guests appear to have been given to fit with the all-white dress code.
And like any romantic occasion, this one had a toast.
We hope it was a perfect day!
