Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger, 72, will become a father for the eighth time.
His girlfriend, 29-year-old ballerina Melanie Hamrick, is pregnant with their first child together, a spokesperson has confirmed to TODAY.

Jagger's seven other children range in age from 17 to 45.
He was married to Bianca Jagger from 1971-1978 (she's the mother of Jade) and Jerry Hall (mom to Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel) from 1977-1999.
(His marriage to Hall was later declared invalid, and the former supermodel married mogul Rupert Murdoch in March.)
His unmarried relationships include Marsha Hunt (mom to Karis) and Luciana Gimenez (mom to Lucas).
He has five grandchildren, and became a great-grandfather in 2014, when Jade's daughter Assisi welcomed a daughter.

Jagger began dating Hamrick after the 2014 suicide of his longtime partner L'Wren Scott, whom he had dated since 2001.
The news comes less than two months after Rolling Stone guitarist Ron Wood, 68, became a father of twin girls.
