Yep, that's Miley Cyrus, apparently nude except for a strategically placed comforter and some rings and arm bangles, on the cover of W magazine. MSNBC host Ronan Farrow interviewed Cyrus for the lengthy feature and summed up his experience of her thusly: ""Miley Cyrus speaks in the language of her generation: she is a human text message."

He also revealed some facts even "Bangerz" fans may not have known.
1. Miley thinks kids are rude to their parents
“I don’t love kids,” Cyrus, 21, tells Farrow. “I don’t love them because, I mean, I think I was around too many kids at one point — because I was around a lot of kids.”
Cyrus also told Farrow she thinks the youth of today, even her fans, are a "mean" group. “Sometimes I hear kids with their parents, and I want to go over and, like, smack them myself," she said. "Like if they meet me, they’ll be like, ‘Mom, don’t you know how to use an iPhone? Like, can you take the picture?’ I’m like, ‘Dude, if I ever talked to my mom like that when I was a kid, I would have had no phone, no computer, no TV, no anything.’ And so, yeah, kids are just mean.”
2. She doesn't have a lot of real friends, male or female
“I have a lot of people that I could call and hang out with, but I have very few friends, if that makes any sense,” she told Farrow. “Like, I just don’t tell a lot of people anything."
And those who do want to date her try way too hard, she said. ‘I don’t need you to impress me. I don’t want you to, like, take me to fancy restaurants.’ I hate sitting down for dinner!” she said of her dates. “You don’t have to do that to me! You don’t have to take me on trips! I literally just want to chill here!”
3. She takes old-school music seriously.
Cyrus and Farrow pored over her collection of vinyl albums, which includes music by Bobby Vinton, soul queen Irma Thomas, Dolly Parton (Cyrus' godmother), and her favorite band, Pink Floyd. And she's proud to declare herself a spiritual descendant of daring women musicians such as Madonna, Blondie, and Joan Jett, saying Jett "did what I did in such a crazier way."
The interview also drops a little blind item for those who care enough to figure it out. Farrow writes that when he mentions "a recent hit by one prominent pop princess," Cyrus wrinkles her nose and declares, "Oh, God! That's the worst."
4. Her racy image is no accident.
Cyrus says her provocative look is a reaction to the look-alike trends she sees among young women her age. “I just don’t get what half the girls are wearing," she said. "Everyone to me seems like Vanna White. I’m trying to tell girls, like, ‘(Expletive) that. You don’t have to wear makeup. You don’t have to have long blonde hair and big (breasts). That’s not what it’s about. It’s, like, personal style.’
