Philippine Animal Welfare Society, known as PAWS, puts their pets in the spotlight by sponsoring a Halloween show for cats and dogs. Costumes ranged from the Grim Reaper, to Little Red Riding Hood and an English bulldog dressed like devil.
Pet owners joined in the fun and donned costumes as well. A PAWS spokeswoman says events like these help promote better pet care.
