Video: An orphaned polar bear cub was flown from a zoo in Alaska to his new home in New York. TODAY.com's Dara Brown reports.

Orphaned polar bear "Kali" has spent the last two months gaining weight and entertaining guests with her adorable antics at the Alaska Zoo.

Now the 5-month-old is a taking a 4,000 mile journey through the friendly skies to her new home at the Buffalo Zoo in New York, where she’ll get to hang out with a new playmate, Luna.

But she — well, we — will always have memories from her stay in Alaska, as the zoo's resident photographer John Gomes captured many of her cutest moments on camera.

We wish her the best of luck in New York!
