It's been almost two weeks since Halloween, but Munchkin the Shih Tzu modeling her stuffed-animal costume continues to be un-bear-ably cute.

With more than 1.5 million views since it was uploaded to YouTube on Oct. 31, it's clear people can't get enough of the video of the 3½ year-old dog wearing a teddy bear suit.

To help Munchkin pull off this hot fall look, her owner Cindy Roth had to find a similarly-sized bear with the same coloring as the dog’s fur — and make some sacrifices.

For fellow dog owners interested in making the costume for their pets, Roth wrote these instructions on Munchkin's YouTube page: “Cut the face [of the teddy bear] off, cut the bottom of the [teddy bear's] feet off, cut open the [teddy bear's] back. Take all the stuffing out except for the arms.”

Since only the front of the teddy bear is necessary for the illusion to work, Roth recommends using a string or Velcro behind the dog’s neck to keep the costume on. She said the costume only took her about 15 minutes to make, and the result, in this case, looks like a tiny Ewok on the prowl.

Roth's follow-up video — of Munchkin riding a swing usually reserved for young kids — might only have accumulated about 9,000 hits as of Monday afternoon, but it’s not any less cute.
