Bambi and Thumper are real.

At least that's what Steve and Vicky Johnsen would likely tell you after witnessing and recording some bonafide Disney magic last Thursday.

With an unintentional nod to Walt Disney's 1942 film, "Bambi," a baby deer and a rabbit played together for about 30 minutes outside of the Lula W. Dorsey Museum at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, according to NBC affiliate KUSA. Steve and Vicky, both museum guide volunteers, shot the aww-worthy clip from the front porch.

This reportedly isn't their first encounter. Staffers say they've spotted the unusual pair playing together multiple times.
