Model and mom Peaches Geldof was out walking her 5-month-old son in a stroller, talking on her cell phone, when the stroller hit a bump -- then took a tumble. A photographer captured the whole debacle. Luckily, baby was just fine. But it's something to give pause to every mom who has ever talked or texted on a phone while parenting (so, every mom).

Peaches was, of course, taken to task, especially since she stayed on the phone as she gathered up her baby. But as Natalie Morales points out, we all have those less than perfect parenting moments. Al Roker 'fessed up to a few diaper changing mishaps.

Do you judge her, or have you been in her shoes? Are we too engrossed with technology, and is it hurting our parenting? What do you think?

(Peaches, 23, is the daughter of rocker Bob Geldof and sister of Fifi Trixibelle and Little Pixie. Carrying on the family tradition of unusual names, her son is named Astala.)
