Dylan Dreyer and her hubby may be brand-new parents but they're already learning that vacationing with a baby is, well, a little different.

The TODAY meteorologist and her husband, Brian Fichera, welcomed their son, Calvin, last December and now they're quickly realizing that mom and dad's Caribbean vacation revolves around baby's nap time.

"We used to be able to vacation on vacation. Now we realize nap time on vacation is the actual vacation," Fichera, an NBC Nightly News cameraman, quipped in the caption of a couple's selfie. "Also listening to music louder than your iPhone speakers is a distant memory."

Then first-time dad added the hashtags #rookieparents and #learningtheropes to his post.

As for little Calvin, he's having the time of his life (when he's not snoozing) on his vacay.

On Monday, mom shared an adorable shot of the little cutie grinning as he relaxed in a pool float. "Party. Animal," Dreyer captioned it — and if you swipe the arrow on the right you can see another pic of Calvin catching zzz's again, this time in his "waterbed."

Even though Dreyer's still "learning the ropes," she's already declared motherhood the "ultimate joy."

"I don't care how tired I feel," she gushed to TODAY in January. "I see his face and I just fall in love every single time I look at him."

Well, we can certainly see why!

Here's wishing Dylan and her family the best vacation ever.
